Starting on February 1, 2023, free users will no longer have access to support via email, though they will continue to have access to Klaviyo resources like the Community, Help Center, Academy, and more. Starting on December 1st, 2022, existing free users will have 60 days left of email support service. To ensure new free users are set up for success, we are offering a 60 day trial of email support for those who join our platform after this date.
Again, please do not inform your accounts of these changes prior to December 1st, when our public announcement will be made. For more details, check out the FAQs linked below. |
